iTote is an account service offered that allows Singapore Pools Account (Horse Racing) customers to view race day information and place horse racing bets online or using a mobile app.

Place bets

Using iTote, account customers can:

  • place bets on all Singapore and overseas simulcast races
  • place bets on all available bet types
  • view betting transactions made
  • view amount and duration spent in each session
  • bet within Daily Expenditure Limit

Access information

Using iTote, account customers can access live racing information, including:

  • current day’s meeting information and race cards
  • approximate dividends for Win, Place, Forecast and Place Forecast
  • approximate gross pools
  • gross jackpots for each race
  • bet types available for each race
  • scratchings and withdrawals
  • race results
  • media selections
  • horse weight information

Access account services

Using iTote, account customers can:

  • view account balance
  • request for GIRO deposit to account
  • request for GIRO withdrawal from account
  • view or download account transactions for the past 30 days
  • update Daily Funding and Expenditure Limits
  • update account PIN
  • access responsible gambling messages and information

FAQs

How to log into iTote?
You can log into your Singapore Pools Account (Horse Racing) on iTote website or mobile app using your account number and six-digit PIN. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. The OTP for iTote app users remains valid for seven days.

Are there any charges associated with using iTote?
No charges are imposed by Singapore Pools for the use of iTote. However, using iTote to view race day information and place bets will incur mobile data charges. Account customers are advised to check with their mobile service providers for mobile data charges and to have a mobile data usage plan before using iTote.

The iTote mobile app works best on:

  • Android devices operating on Android 5.0 Lollipop and above
  • iPhones or iPads operating on iOS Version 9 and above

When can I use iTote?
iTote will be available from 8am to 6pm daily.

Service is extended to 8pm on race days and until 11.30pm on race nights, or one hour after last simulcast race for special overseas feature race meetings.

iTote will not be available on Public Holidays if there are no races.

How to use iTote?
You can log into your Singapore Pools Account (Horse Racing) on iTote website or mobile app using your account number and 6-digit PIN.

A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.

For iTote app users, a OTP will be sent to you once every seven days.

What are Daily Funding and Expenditure Limits? How do I manage these limits?
Daily Funding Limit is the maximum amount of funds that can be deposited into your account on a daily basis. For example, if your Daily Funding Limit is set at $300, you will be able to deposit a maximum of $300 to your account each calendar day. Any deposit exceeding $300 within the same calendar day will be rejected.

Daily Expenditure Limit is the maximum daily limit for betting activities. For example, if your Daily Expenditure Limit is set at $125, you will be able to place bets up to a maximum of $125 each calendar day. Any further betting requests exceeding $125 within the same calendar day will be rejected.
