As of 7 Oct 2024, our Self-Betting Kiosk service will be discontinued and your Betting Card will be terminated on the same date. Please withdraw any remaining funds from your Betting Card at Horse Racing Live Betting Venues by 5 Jan 2025. After this date, no withdrawals can be made at the service counter.

Additionally, we will no longer accept new registrations for the Betting Card starting from 22 Apr 2024.

As an alternative to the self-service betting experience, you can use our Singapore Pools Account. Accessible via a mobile app or desktop computer, the account features include instant funds transfer, seamless transactions and more.

What will happen to my Betting Card after the Self-Betting Kiosk service discontinues?

Upon the discontinuation of the Self-Betting Kiosk service, your Betting Card will be terminated on the same day. Please ensure a full withdrawal of funds from your Betting Card at any service counter at any Horse Racing Live Betting Venue within 90 days, by 5 Jan 2025. After this date, no withdrawals can be made at the service counter.

Will I still be able to replace or renew my Betting Card if it's lost, damaged or expired after the new registration ceases on 22 Apr 2024?

Card replacement and renewal services due to loss, damage or expiration will still be available. For any assistance, please approach our service counter at any Horse Racing Live Betting Venues.

How can I withdraw funds from my Betting Card after the discontinuation of the Self-Betting Kiosk service?

Funds from your Betting Card can be withdrawn at Horse Racing Live Betting Venues until 5 Jan 2025. After this date, no withdrawals can be made at the service counter.

How can I continue betting without the Self-Betting Kiosk service if I'm not familiar with online options?

Online betting via our Singapore Pools Account remains available through our website and mobile app. If you're not familiar with online options, our service staff at various locations can assist you in accessing your Singapore Pools Account during an interim period. Additionally, betting at counters continues to be an alternative for you.
