In keeping with the giving theme of FunTasia, the newly-branded Tote Board contributed $143.04 million in value to four organisations during FunTasia on Saturday, 26 April 2008. The cheques were presented by Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Finance who was Guest-of-Honour at the event.
i-SHINE, Singapore Pools’ Staff Volunteer Programme and Viriya Community Services also raised funds for President’s Challenge 2008 and the Viriya-KK Hospital Viriya Community Services Homecare Programme.
