30 Dec 1999 Six lucky winners share the Group 1 jackpot of S$10.5 million in the Toto Millennium Draw.
Aug 1999 Singapore Pools becomes a member of the new World Lottery Association that was formed from a merger of AILE (International Association of State Lotteries) and Intertoto (International Association of Toto and Lotto Organizations).
11 Aug 1999 Singapore Pools receives its second ISO 9002 certification from the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB) for its provision and operation of Gaming Services.
30 Mar 1999 Singapore Pools launches SCORE, its football betting game in support of professional football development in Singapore.

19 Sep 1998 Just A Little Flutter, the 30th Anniversary Commemorative Book of Pools is published.
26 Aug 1998 Singapore Pools launches its website on the internet.
Jan 1998 The Singapore Sweep is relaunched with a new prize structure. The Premium Prize is raised to a minimum of S$200,000. Singapore Pools pledges all net proceeds from the Singapore Sweep to go towards developing The Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay.

1 Jul 1997 The Toto game is changed to a '6 out-of 45' format. The minimum prize for Group 1 is increased to a guaranteed amount of S$500,000.
9 Apr 1997 Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) awards an ISO 9002:1994 certificate, accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Services Body (UKAS), to the IT Directorate of Singapore Pools.

17 Jul 1996 Singapore Pools launches its mission statement Towards Community Purpose and Benefit. New logos for its four gaming products are also introduced to refresh product images.
3 Jul 1996 The 1st prize for the Singapore Sweep is increased to S$1.5 million with the number of tickets for sale raised to 3.3 million. The Singapore Sweep ticket also takes on a new look from the July 1996 draw.
May 1996 Singapore Pools is awarded the Plaque of Commendation (Gold) by NTUC. Singapore Pools joins A.I.L.E (International Association of State Lotteries)
1996 A large contribution of S$409 million is committed to fund The Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay arts complex over seven years.

Oct 1995 Singapore Pools joins Intertoto (International Association of Toto and Lotto Organisations).
4 Jan 1995 The prize structure of the Singapore Sweep is revised to introduce more low-end prizes and an additional prize category called the Premium Prize, which offers a minimum of S$99,000 as well as the possibility of snowballing.

Dec 1994 Singapore Pools launches its first calendar project in support of charities, whereby proceeds from public sales are donated to designated beneficiaries.
1993
1 May 1993 Singapore Pools is awarded the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Plaque of Commendation in recognition of its good relationship with its employees.
7 Apr 1993 The 4D-Sweep is inaugurated with the draw of the Singapore Sweep. The 4D-Sweep is a 4-D game based on the Singapore Sweep draw results.
1993 In support of Sports Excellence 2000 national programme, Singapore Pools pledges a S$20-million contribution to be given over a 5-year period. The support continues from 1998 to 2002 with another S$20 million contribution.
