Singapore Pools' ownership is transferred from Temasek Holdings to the Singapore Totalisator Board. Singapore Pools will manage 4D, Toto, SINGAPORE SWEEP and football betting, while Singapore Turf Club (STC) will operate horse-racing and totalisator business. 81 Singapore Turf Club branches are to be managed by Singapore Pools. All 4D draws are to be conducted by Singapore Pools.
