As an important stakeholder in our responsible gaming journey, our staff and retailers undergo a comprehensive training programme that is consistent with the overall responsible gaming policies.
We only engage candidates whose values are aligned to our corporate values of social responsibility. All new employees undergo an orientation programme that teaches them our responsible gaming philosophy and action plans. Furthermore, our frontline staff are trained in responsible gaming operating guidelines through meetings, annual refresher courses and simulations using our Mock-Up Outlet.
Through our annual responsible gaming week campaign, which comprises a series of action programmes including talks by international experts in the field of problem gambling, we engage our staff, business partners and customers to play with care and to play within their means.
Furthermore, we imbue our staff and retailers with socially responsible values through iShine initiatives, which is a staff community volunteerism programme.
