  • How do I deposit funds into my account?

    There are five ways to deposit funds into your account.

    • online, through eNETS

    • online, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by phone, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by cash or NETS deposit at Singapore Pools branches

  • Is there any fee to deposit funds?

    Deposit methods that involve a third-party service come with a fee:

    • online, through eNETS - $0.80 fee applies for each deposit

    • by bank link - $0.20 fee applies for each transfer

    • by NETS deposit at Singapore Pools branches - $0.20 fee applies for each transaction

    Deposit methods that do not involve any third-party service are free of charge:

    • online, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by phone, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by cash deposit at Singapore Pools branches

  • What is eNETS? Is there a fee for using it?

    eNETS enables internet banking users to make real-time payments from bank accounts. Participating banks include Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.

    Deposit amount must be at least $100 and in multiples of $10.

    A $0.80 fee applies for each deposit. This fee goes to third-party service providers and administrators of the service.

  • How will I know if my eNETS transaction is successful?

    Upon a successful eNETS transaction, you will see an acknowledgment page from eNETS. Exit by selecting 'I'm Done.'.

    You will then see an acknowledgment page from Singapore Pools.

  • Why can't Singapore Pools absorb the eNETS fee?

    This fee goes to third-party service providers and administrators of the service.

    If you wish to avoid a fee, choose deposit methods that do not involve any third-party service:

    • online, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by phone, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by cash deposit at Singapore Pools branches

  • How do I set up a bank link?

    To set up a bank link, download and complete this Application for Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form. Mail the completed form to: Bras Basah Post Office P.O. Box 299 Singapore 911810.

  • What is bank link? Is there a fee for using it?

    Setting up a bank link allows payment of bets from your bank account to your Singapore Pools Account. A $0.20 fee applies for each payment. This fee goes to third-party service providers and administrators of the service.

  • Why can't Singapore Pools absorb the bank transfer fee?

    This fee goes to third-party service providers and administrators of the service.

    If you wish to avoid a fee, choose deposit methods that do not involve any third-party service:

    • online, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by phone, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

    • by cash deposit at Singapore Pools branches

  • How do I change my bank account for bank link?

    You must first terminate the existing bank link and re-apply for a new one.

    To terminate existing bank link, download and complete a Termination of Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form.

    To set up a new bank link, download and complete this Application for Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form.

    Mail both completed forms to: Bras Basah Post Office P.O. Box 299 Singapore 911810.

    The process takes up to 14 working days. You will be notified by post when the change of bank account has been completed.

  • How can I manage my expenditure with bank link?

    When setting up bank link, you will be asked to indicate a limit to the transfer of funds from your bank account to your Singapore Pools Account.

    To change these bank limits, download and complete this Change of Limits for Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form. Mail the completed form to: Bras Basah Post Office P.O. Box 299 Singapore 911810.

    The Daily Funding Limit and Daily Expenditure Limit you have set on your account also apply. You will not be able to place bets when either limit is reached, no funds will be transferred from your bank account.

  • Where can I buy a Top-Up Card?

    Top-Up Cards can be bought at all Singapore Pools branches and selected retailers.

    Top-Up Cards come in $50, $100 and $200 denominations.

  • I am unable to validate my Top-Up Card. What should I do?

    Check that:

    • you have entered the correct Security Code and Card Number

    • the Top-Up Card has not been used, or has not expired

    If you are still unable to validate the Top-Up Card, contact our Customer Service at 6786 6688 for help.

  • My Top-Up Card is damaged. What should I do?

    You can return us the damaged Top-Up Card and we will deposit the amount into your account.

    Download and complete this Top-Up Card Refund Request Form. Mail the completed form and damaged Top-Up Card to: Bras Basah Post Office P.O. Box 299 Singapore 911810.

    The process takes up to 10 working days. You will be notified by post when the deposit is completed.

  • My Top-Up Card is missing. What should I do?

    Missing Top-Up Cards are treated as lost cash. We are unable to replace or refund any missing cards.

  • Can I use a credit card to deposit funds?

    No. Deposits using credit cards is not allowed.

  • How do I withdraw funds from my account?

    There are two withdrawal methods.

    • by submitting a request online or by phone, and collecting funds at a Singapore Pools branch

  • How long does it take to withdraw funds from my account?

    Cash or cheque funds withdrawal

    After submitting a withdrawal request, bring along your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN within 48 hours to collect your funds in person.

    For withdrawal amounts up to $5,000, visit any Singapore Pools branch for cash collection.

    For withdrawal amounts above $5,000, visit our Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road) for cheque collection. Available Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays.

    By bank link

    Setting up a bank link allows transfer of winnings (if any) from your Singapore Pools account to your bank account via a scheduled transfer.

  • How can I maintain a minimum account balance with bank link, instead of transferring all funds to bank?

    You can set a minimum account balance that remains in your account at all times. To maintain this minimum account balance, scheduled funds transfer to bank account may be suspended.

    After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Withdrawals on the left navigation.

    Select Funds Transfer to Bank.

    You will be able to key in a minimum account balance, and select the frequency of funds transfer to bank.
