As a long-time supporter of local football, we do our part to nurture young football talent.
Singapore Pools is a founding partner of The New Paper's Dollah Kassim Award, in honour of the national footballer, also affectionately known as the Gelek King by fans. Dollah was not only a Singapore football legend. He was a member of the Singapore Pools' team for 41 years.
The award recognises both footballing excellence and character. The recipient of the award also receives the Singapore Pools' Passport to Excellence prize which funds the cost of an overseas training stint with reputable sporting academies or training centres or clubs.
