To develop sporting talent in Singapore, Tote Board and Singapore Pools provide the Singapore Pools Sports Excellence Scholarship (SPSES) for student-athletes at the Singapore Sports School.
This scholarship provides financial support towards school fees and participation in overseas trainings and competitions.
Since 2004, 253 student-athletes have benefitted from this programme.
