In view of the “Tighter Measures to Minimise Further Spread of COVID-19” guidelines released by the Ministry of Health on 24 March 2020, Singapore Pools seeks your cooperation and understanding as we implement further measures for the well-being of our customers and employees:
No public viewing of lottery draws with effect from 25 March 2020
Live lottery draws will be unavailable for public viewing, until further notice.
Transmission of live lottery draws at branches will also be suspended.
Temporary closure of Livewire venues and Betting Centres from 26 Mar 2020
All Livewire venues and betting centres will be closed for live sports betting and horse racing, until further notice.
Social distancing at all outlets
Queues are now marked to ensure ample space around each customer as part of social distancing measures. Additional measures supported by on-ground assistants will be deployed at our outlets to manage any queues and prevent overcrowding. We seek the kind cooperation of our customers to assist us in this matter, and to practice safe social distancing always.
Additional precautions for staff
Staff especially those in customer-facing roles will undertake additional precautions. These include staying at home if they are unwell and paying close attention to personal hygiene.
