What is PoolzConnect Gold account?

The PoolzConnect Gold Account is a pre-paid betting account, which carries an initial value of $250. The account will be activated within 24 hours of your purchase, after which you can start placing bets.1

To top up2 your Gold Account, simply visit any Singapore Pools branch, log on to the eNETS top-up service at the members website or send us a cheque. To withdraw funds2, please make a withdrawal3 through the phone or via the Member Website before you proceed to the nearest Singapore Pools Branch4.

An administrative fee of $5 will apply for every account that is closed without making any bet transaction.

The top-up and withdrawal amount must be in multiples of $10, subject to a minimum of $100. The maximum top-up amount is $1,000.

The withdrawal amount must be collected within 48 hours after the submission of the request.

Top-up and withdrawal transactions are subject to branch operating hours or up to 9.0pm daily, whichever is earlier.

Service is available on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays), from 8.00am to 4.30pm.
