The PoolzConnect Gold Account is a pre-paid betting account, which carries an initial value of $250. You can start placing bets within 24 hours of setting up your account.

Please Note
- An administrative fee of $5 applies for the closure of every inactive account.
- The top-up and withdrawal amount must be in multiples of $10,
subject to a minimum of $100. The maximum top-up amount
is $1,000.
- To top up via cheque, please ensure cheque is crossed and made payable to "Singapore
Pools (Private) Limited". Please write your name,
PoolzConnect Account Number and contact number at the back
of your cheque.
- The withdrawal amount must be collected within 48 hours after
the submission of the request.
- Top-up and withdrawal transactions are subject to branch
operating hours or up to 9.00pm daily, which ever is earlier.
- Main Branch's service is available on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public
Holidays), from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

There is no yearly subscription fees nor expiry date for this membership. |

Funds will be transferred from your bank account to your Platinum
Account |

• WINNINGS (IF ANY) |

Automatically credited to your Platinum Account and then
transferred to your bank account via a scheduled transfer. |

Please Note
- For every bet transaction processed from your bank account, a non-refundable bank charge of $0.20 will apply. It will not be refunded
even if you reject the bet subsequently for any reason
whatsoever.
- The funds in your Platinum Account will be transferred to your
designated bank account via a scheduled transfer
(i.e. daily, weekly
or monthly).

• ELIGIBILITY |

For Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident:
- Aged 21 and above
- With proof of an annual income of at least S$30,000 OR with
an earmarked sum of S$3,000 in a personal bank account* with
DBS, OCBC or UOB (This sum will continue to earn interest
with the bank);
- With a Singapore mailing address.
