There are 3 ways to apply for a PoolzConnect Account
   
Online Application -
Platinum
 
 
In Person At A Branch -
Platinum and Gold

For Platinum Account, you can complete our here. Please allow for 15 minutes to fill in the forms.
   To apply for a Platinum
Account, please visit one of our
branches directly and obtain help from one of our servicing staff.


To apply for a Gold Account, please undertake the following steps:

  • Get the purchase form or pick one up at any Singapore Pools branch.

  • Complete the form.

  • Submit the form to any Singapore Pools branch. For Gold Account, $250 is required as initial value in the account.

  • Receive your Gold Account number and personal ID number (PIN) on the spot.
   Download the following 3 application forms:
1. Platinum application form
2. Direct debit payment authorization form
3. Earmark authorization form and mail the completed forms together with relevant documents to:
