Terms and Conditions
( eNETS Introductory Rebate Offer)

1.

The eNETS Introductory Rebate Offer ("The Offer") applies to all successful eNets top-up to PoolzConnect Gold accounts logged by 31 August 2008 (Qualified Top-Ups).

Under The Offer, Singapore Pools will rebate $1 processing fee for each eNETS Qualified Top-up to the PoolzConnect Gold account. PoolzConnect Gold account members will need to pay all relevant processing fee upfront. There is no limit on the number of eNETS top-up members could make during the qualifying period.

The rebate of the processing fee will be done in 3 phrases.

1. Phase 1: All Qualified Top-Ups logged on or before 23 May 2008 will be reimbursed by 30 May 2008.
2. Phase 2: All Qualified Top-Ups logged during the period from 24 May 2008 to 30 June 2008 will be reimbursed by 7 July 2008.
3. Phase 3: All Qualified Top-Ups logged from 1 July 2008 to 31 August 2008 will be reimbursed by 8 September 2008.

The terms and conditions for The Offer is additional to the existing eNETS terms and conditions.

Singapore Pools reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions from time to time for The Offer. In the event of any disputes, Singapore Pools decision is final and any query will not be entertained.
