1. ​Singapore Pools staff (iShine) volunteers will be assisting in the Singapore Government’s efforts for residents to receive their Solidarity Payment at 16 Community Clubs and Centres island wide.

  2. As part of a collaboration with United Overseas Bank (UOB), Singapore Pools' iShine volunteers, together with volunteers from Tote Board and the Singapore Turf Club, will help citizens to encash their Solidarity Payment cheques to do so safely from 4 May to 16 May 2020 (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Volunteers will be involved in assisting the bank with registration and safe distancing enforcement.

  3. To safeguard the health and well-being of Singaporeans and our volunteers, and in line with Government’s safe distancing measures, Singapore Pools’ volunteers will serve at specific community clubs, near their homes.

  4. Mr Lam Chee Weng, Chief Executive Officer, Singapore Pools said, “Singapore Pools is grateful that our iShine volunteers are able to directly assist Singaporeans in receiving their Solidarity Payments, a contribution by our people to help alleviate the hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.”
