Manage your Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits

An Account Customer can determine how much he/she can place bets from and deposit into his/her account by setting his/her Monthly Betting Limit and Monthly Deposit Limit.

 

Monthly Deposit Limit is the maximum amount an Account Customer may deposit into his/her Account every calendar month. The amount is calculated across all various incoming funds from external sources. The Account Customer will be notified if he/she exceeds 50% or 75% of or reached 100% of his/her Monthly Deposit Limit. He/she will be unable to deposit funds when 100% of his/her Monthly Deposit Limit has been reached.

 

Monthly Betting Limit is the maximum amount an Account Customer can use to bet from his/her Account every calendar month. The amount is calculated across all products. The Account Customer will be notified if he/she exceeds 50% or 75% or reached 100% of his/her Monthly Betting Limit. He/she will be unable to place bets when 100% of his/her Monthly Betting Limit has been reached.

Setting up of Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits

All Account applicants will be prompted to set their own Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits as part of the online registration process on the mobile app or singaporepools.com before making bet placement.

 

Account applicants may use this tool developed by the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS), for guidance in setting appropriate Betting and Deposit Limits.

Increasing or Decreasing of Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits

Account Customers may choose to increase or decrease their Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits. To change their Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits, Account customers may do so by

  • Logging into their Account on the mobile app or singaporepools.com; OR

  • Contacting Customer Service Line at (65) 6786 6688 for assistance.

Keep Track of Your Betting Activities

An Account Customer can keep track of his/her betting activities through his/her Account Summary or viewing the Transaction History and Monthly Statement.

Account Summary and Transaction History

Information on total deposit, total bets placed and total payout available under Transaction History. This is also displayed on your Account Summary together with your current Limit utilisation. Transactional records up to the last 6 months can be retrieved anytime under Transaction History.

Monthly Statement

Betting activities up to the past 6 months is available for review through the Monthly Statement feature. The opening and closing balance for the selected period, together with total bets placed and total payout for each product type, will be displayed.

How to Revoke Self Exclusion?

The minimum period to stay on an Online Betting/ Jackpot Machine Rooms Exclusion is one year. To revoke Self-Exclusion, contact NCPG at (65) 6354 8154 for more details.
