Depositing funds into your account

Online, through eNETS

eNETS enables internet banking users to make real-time payments from bank accounts. Participating banks include Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.

Deposit amount must be at least $100 and in multiples of $10.

A $0.80 fee applies for each deposit.

How to deposit online through eNETS

  1. After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Deposits on the left navigation.

  2. Select eNETS. Be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled for the eNETS window to open.

  3. Enter your deposit amount and acknowledge the important notes regarding usage of eNETS.

  4. Select 'Submit'.

  5. At the eNETS screen, select your bank from the dropdown list.

  6. Follow the steps to enter your internet banking login information as required.

  7. Upon a successful eNETS transaction, you will see an acknowledgment page from eNETS. Exit by selecting 'I'm Done.'.

  8. You will then see an acknowledgment page from Singapore Pools.

Deposit amount will be reflected in your account immediately. You may need to refresh the Transaction History page to view the updated balance amount.

Online, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

Top-Up Cards can be bought at all Singapore Pools branches and selected retailers.

Top-Up Cards come in $50, $100 and $200 denominations.

How to deposit online using Top-Up Cards

  1. After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Deposits on the left navigation.

  2. Select Top-Up Cards.

  3. Select your Top-Up Card value.

  4. Enter Security Code and Card Number.

  5. Select 'Submit'.

Deposit amount will be reflected in your account immediately. You may need to refresh the Transaction History page to view the updated balance amount.

By phone, using Top-Up Cards purchased at outlets

Top-Up Cards can be bought at all Singapore Pools branches and selected retailers.

Top-Up Cards come in $50, $100 and $200 denominations.

How to deposit by phone using Top-Up Cards

  1. Call 6786 6688 and press '1' for personal account matters.

  2. After logging in, press '6' to deposit using a Top-Up Card.

  3. Follow voice prompts to enter Security Code and Card Number.

Deposit amount will be reflected in your account immediately. You may need to refresh the Transaction History page to view the updated balance amount.

By cash or NETS payment at Singapore Pools branches

Visit any Singapore Pools branch to make deposits into your account using cash or NETS.

Deposit amount must be at least $200 and in multiples of $10.

Complete a Deposit Form, and make payment at the counter.

For deposits amounts of $5,000 and above, you are required to produce your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN and declare the source of funds as required by regulations.

Deposit amount will be reflected in your account immediately.

By bank link

Setting up a bank link allows payment of bets from your bank account to your Singapore Pools Account. A $0.20 fee applies for each payment.

To set up a bank link, download and complete this Application for Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form. Mail the completed form to: Bras Basah Post Office P.O. Box 299 Singapore 911810.


Withdrawing funds from your account

At a Singapore Pools branch

You can withdraw funds from your Singapore Pools Account by collecting the funds at a Singapore Pools branch after submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal amounts must be the full account balance; or a minimum of $100, in multiples of $10.

There are two ways to submit a withdrawal request.

Submit withdrawal request online

  1. After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Withdrawals on the left navigation.

  2. Enter your withdrawal amount and password.

  3. Select 'Submit'.

Submit withdrawal request by phone

  1. Call 6786 6688 and press '1' for personal account matters.

  2. After logging in, press '1' for your account balance.

  3. Follow the voice prompts to enter the withdrawal amount.

After submitting a withdrawal request, the withdrawal amount will not be available for betting. You may cancel a withdrawal request online to make the funds available for betting again.

A withdrawal request expires in 48 hours. If funds are not collected by then, the request expires and a new submission will be required.

Cash or cheque collection

Bring along your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN within 48 hours of your withdrawal request to collect your funds in person.

For withdrawal amounts up to $5,000, visit any Singapore Pools branch for cash collection.

For withdrawal amounts above $5,000, visit our Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road) for cheque collection. Available Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays.

By bank link

Setting up a bank link allows transfer of winnings (if any) from your Singapore Pools account to your bank account via a scheduled transfer.

You can set a minimum account balance that remains in your account at all times. To maintain this minimum account balance, scheduled funds transfer to bank account may be suspended.

Tracking your account activity online

You can track your account activity by logging into your account online.

Tracking your bets, deposits and withdrawals

After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Transaction History on the left navigation.

  1. Select the transaction history type you wish to view from the dropdown list.

    You can choose to view all transactions, or filter by specific types of transaction.

  2. Select the time period of the transaction history you wish to view from the dropdown list.

    You can also choose to enter a specific time period.

  3. Select 'Search' to load your transaction history.

Tracking your Daily Funding Limit and Daily Expenditure Limit

When registering for a Singapore Pools Account, you will be asked to set your Daily Funding Limit and Daily Expenditure Limit.

Daily Funding Limit is the maximum amount you may deposit into your account every 24 hours. The amount is calculated across all various incoming funds from external sources. When your funding has reached 100% of Daily Funding Limit, you will be unable to deposit funds.

Daily Expenditure Limit is the maximum amount you can use to bet from your account every 24 hours. The amount is calculated across all products. The calculation does not take into account any refunds. When your expenditure has reached 100% of Daily Expenditure Limit, you will be unable to place bets.

Manage your limits

You can manage your Daily Funding Limit and Daily Expenditure Limit online.

After logging into your account, select the icon next to your username. Select Limit Management on the left navigation.

You will be able to key in new Daily Funding Limit and Daily Expenditure Limit.

Increase in limits takes effect 24 hours after your submission. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately.
