Closure of Singapore Pools Account for inactivated Platinum/Gold Account customers

This notice is applicable to you if you:

  • were a Singapore Pools Account Platinum/Gold customer, and

  • have not used your Account since 25 October 2016, or

  • have not terminated your Account

  1. With the launch of the remote betting service in 25 October 2016 last year, you were required to complete your profile and consent to the new Account terms and conditions.

  2. As of 25 October 2017, there is missing or incomplete information in your Account, which has since been closed.

  3. Please contact us now at 6786 6688 if you have any balance in your Account to make a withdrawal request.

  4. An administrative fee of S$25 will be imposed on balances withdrawn after 27 April 2018.

  5. Balances not claimed by 24 October 2022 will be forfeited and channeled back to Tote Board for donations and grants making.
