Notice for Singapore Pools Account Customers

This notice is applicable to you if you were a Singapore Pools Account Gold/Platinum customer.

To log in:

  1. Add '00' to your existing 7-digit account number, e.g. 001234567. That will be your username

  2. Use your PIN as your password

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your details.


For Gold customers only:

Email a copy of your NRIC or ID with FIN (front and back) to goldupdate@sgpoolz.com.sg.

You will not be able to place bets or make deposits if your ID document has not been processed.

We will process your ID document within three working days.
