​$350,000 was raised for nine charities from the first executive football charity fund-raiser, 'Football With A Heart' (FWAH), which was organized by Singapore Pools and its i-SHINE staff volunteers, Football Association of Singapore (FAS), Singapore Recreation Club (SRC) and Singapore Sports Council (SSC).
 
The nine beneficiaries of FWAH cater to persons with special needs, the aged and sick, sports, and employment for the marginalized, and they are:

Bo Tien Welfare Services Society
CARE United
Jamiyah Children’s Home
President’s Challenge 2012
Ren Ci Hospital
SportCares
Social enterprises, Ikhlas Holdings and Laksania
Donation cheques were presented to the beneficiaries at the FWAH Dinner after the Tournament at the Padang at SRC. The dinner event was graced by President Tony Tan Keng Yam.
 
SportCares Foundation and Movement, a new initiative under the auspice of the Singapore Sports Council and a part of the Vision 2030 was introduced at FWAH. A FWAH beneficiary, SportCares aims to improve the lives of Singaporeans who are struggling with poverty, living in high-risk situations or simply lack the resources needed to realise higher goals in life through sport.
