Postponement of lottery draws

In the best interest of public safety, draws which did not take place after 5 Apr 2020 during the Circuit Breaker period have been POSTPONED instead of cancelled.

A: All horse racing betting services will no longer be offered from Mon, 6 Apr 2020.

A: The next TOTO jackpot is estimated to be $2.4 million. It will recommence at this jackpot amount when operations resume.

Q: I have bought a championship winner bet type for a league that has been cancelled. What now?

A : All bets for affected matches and leagues will be handled after the lifting of the Circuit Breaker measures. Please keep your tickets.

Singapore Pools Account

Q: Is online betting still available?

A: Online betting will not be available as all draws and events will cease from Mon, 6 Apr 2020.

Q: Are other account services still available?

A: You may continue to log on to your Singapore Pools Account during this period, to check your transaction history and use other non-betting features.
For account withdrawal services, transfer of funds back to your bank account will not be affected should you have the bank link set up.

Prize Claims

Q: Can I still claim my winnings during this period?

A: Outlets will remain open until Mon, 6 Apr 2020 to facilitate prize claims. Subsequently, prize claim will still be available upon resumption of operations. Ticket validity will be extended from 180 days to a period be determined, for customers who are unable to claim prizes before the suspension.

Q: I have a winning ticket from 2019. However, I am unable to collect my winnings by 6 Apr 2020. Will my ticket validity be extended as well?

A: Ticket validity will be extended from 180 days to a period to be determined, for customers who are unable to claim prizes before the suspension.

Q: I have bought the TOTO draw happening on Mon, 6 Apr 2020. What now?

A: Draws which did not take place after 5 Apr 2020 in the Circuit Breaker period have been postponed. Tickets purchased for postponed draws are still valid.

Q: I have subscribed to the online TOTO subscription service. Do I need to cancel my subscription?

A: Your subscription will continue upon the resumption of TOTO sales. No action is required from your end, if you do not wish to cancel.

Q: Where can I find the Draw Number on my ticket?

A: You can find the draw number on the right column to the row that says "Draw: DDD DD/MM/YY"
