EAGLES READY TO MAKE RETURN TO THE TOP
Two-time S.League champions Geylang had their wings clip in the last two seasons.

In a bid to reverse their fortunes, the Eagles appointed their Prime League coach, former Singapore defender Lim Tong Hai, to take over the first team, but they still finished second from bottom last year.

For this season, they have signed national captain Aide Iskandar to add a much needed stability to a shaky defence who conceded a whopping 62 goals in 30 matches.

Sengkang’s Ghanaian striker Kim Grant has also linked up with the Eagles to give them more firepower up front.The new acquisitions have instilled some confidence to the team and hopefully could trigger the Eagles’ rise up to the top where they once were.
