We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Officer to join our Finance team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, the incumbent will carry out activities relating to finance with the objective of ensuring that finance functions are properly carried out within corporate and legislative guidelines.

What You'll Do
- You will ensure accurate coding and entry of invoices into the financial system.
- You will perform three-way reconciliation on the invoices received by suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
- You will liaise and co-ordinate with suppliers on outstanding payments and issues.
- You will maintain all bank account details, contact details, etc up to date.
- You will ensure correct amount of invoices paid to the correct suppliers.
- You will support the project lead in the source-to-pay (S2P) project, specifically focusing on tasks such as supplier onboarding, data migration, setting up of portal and UAT.
- You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration and operational efficiency within procurement processes.
- You will support the implementation of best practices to optimize supplier relationships and enhance overall project outcomes.
- You will do up relevant audit schedules after month-end closing.
- You will submit withholding tax (WHT) promptly.
- You will evaluate companies' financial for tender scoring.
- You will assist with audit matters and ensure all items in balance sheet can be correctly reconciled and correct reporting of balance to the regulatory authority.
Who You Are
- You have a diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or related study.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
- You will need to be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel). Experience in SAP is advantageous.
- You should have strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- You should be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- You should have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
