We are looking for a passionate and professional Operations Lead to join our Retail Operations team to monitor and co-ordinate and oversee staff training and deployment at the assigned premises.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Manager, the Operations Lead will have day-to-day responsibility of ensuring service standards are met.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is operations or cash handling, we want to talk to you.

 

What You'll Do

  • You will need to monitor and co-ordinate and oversee staff training and deployment at the assigned premises to ensure operational readiness and customer service standards are met.
  • You will need to perform all administrative and reconciliation/ settlement work with regards to the premises.
  • You will need to monitor and manage overall outlet profitability and operating cost.
  • You will need to supports wagering operations and wagering products (horse betting), and will be located at one of the Off-Course Betting (OCB) centres.

Who You Are

  • You will need at least a Diploma
  • You will need at least 3-5 years of working experience in retail management
  • You will need cash management and customer service experience
  • You should be able to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays to support races.
  • You should be able to work under intense environment, multi-tasking and also appreciate the racing products and clientele.
  • You should have basic knowledge of excel and computing skills
