  • What is a TOTO Cascade Draw?

A cascade draw takes place after three consecutive draws without a Group 1 Prize winner.

The Jackpot does not snowball beyond the fourth consecutive draw.

A cascade draw takes place if the draw before has no Group 1 Prize winner. If there is no Group 1 Prize winner at the end of four consecutive draws, the final jackpot amount (38% of the fourth draw's prize pool plus snowballed amount from the three preceding draws) cascades, i.e. it will be paid to the next prize group with winner(s) and shared equally.

  • How is the final Jackpot amount passed down if there is no Group 1 Prize winner in a Cascade Draw?

  • What is TOTO Subscription?

TOTO Subscription allows you to place bets for 10 consecutive draws online. Maximum stake for each draw is $50.

  • How to set-up for TOTO Subscription?

Select [Subscription]. You can choose to go with Self Pick, Bet Type or Bet Amount. The TOTO Subscription shall remain active for 10 consecutive draws until a cancellation request has been made by the Account Holder.

  • When does the subscription starts?

Upon the successful placement of a TOTO Subscription, the first Bet under the TOTO Subscription will be automatically placed when sales open for the next TOTO draw.

If the TOTO Subscription is made on a Tuesday, the first Bet will not be for the Thursday draw, but for the Monday draw instead as sales would already have opened for the Thursday draw on Tuesday.

  • What if I do not have enough funds or have reached my Monthly Betting Limit for my TOTO Subscription bet?

Bet will not be placed for that draw. If there are insufficient funds to place bets or if you have reached your Monthly Betting Limit when sales open, the unsuccessful attempt will still be counted as one out of the 10 draws. • How does iTOTO work?

iTOTO involves splitting a System Entry ticket into a number of units, and each of these units can be sold individually, the sum of those units making up a single whole bet of one System Entry ticket.

The prizes won, if any, will commensurate with the number of unit bet(s) bought by the customer.

iTOTO unsold bets are not the same as TOTO Unpaid Bets. TOTO Unpaid Bets are treated in accordance with the TOTO Unpaid Bets FAQ.

Find out more about TOTO game rules.

  • Why are all my iTOTO units having the same set of numbers?

All 28 units of an existing iTOTO bet with the same set of numbers must be sold before a new iTOTO bet with a different set of numbers is generated upon demand.

  • Will I be getting different sets of numbers for my iTOTO bet if I purchase at different times?

It depends on whether all 28 units of an existing iTOTO bet are sold before a new iTOTO bet is generated upon demand.

  • Will I be getting different sets of numbers if I purchase more than one unit of iTOTO?

You will still receive the same set of numbers for multiple units.

  • What does Singapore Pools do with the remaining iTOTO units?

The calculation of the Prize Pool includes unsold iTOTO units. If there are any remaining unsold iTOTO units of a System Entry ticket that are part of a winning bet, the prize money won by these units will be channelled by Singapore Pools to good causes through the Singapore Totalisator Board.

  • Why is there no rollover of prizes for the remaining winning iTOTO units?

There is no rollover process for prizes for the remaining winning iTOTO units because they are part of a system entry which won the prize. Rollover is for situations where no bets were placed on the winning numbers.

  • Are there many remaining units of iTOTO bets?

All units of an existing iTOTO bet must be sold before a new iTOTO bet is generated upon demand. This minimises the number of remaining units to only one iTOTO bet. As such, the scenario where there are many remaining units of iTOTO bets will not happen.

  • What are TOTO Unpaid Bets?

TOTO Unpaid Bets are TOTO bets which are recorded in our backend betting system but are not paid for due to technical issues, system failures or any other reason. As the bets are unpaid, but the bets participate in the draw as valid bets, Singapore Pools contributes the shortfall in collections to the Prize Pool. iTOTO unsold bets are not the same as TOTO Unpaid Bets.

  • How does the existence of TOTO Unpaid Bets affect the computation of shares of the Prize Pool for winning bets?

The computation of shares of the Prize Pool for winning bets includes TOTO Unpaid Bets. Singapore Pools will make up the shortfall in the Prize Pool caused by the Unpaid Bets and any prize won by an Unpaid Bet will be channelled by Singapore Pools to good causes through the Singapore Totalisator Board. Prizes won by other winning Bets will not be adjusted.

Find out more about TOTO unpaid bets section under clause 7.11 of the game rules.
