The following terms and conditions ("these Terms") shall, in addition to the Rules for the Singapore Sweep Lottery ("the Sweep Game Rules"), apply to the Singapore Sweep Lottery Draw 1059/2023 ("the $5 Million Singapore Sweep Lottery Draw 2023") organised by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited ("the Company"). For purposes of the $5 Million Singapore Sweep Lottery Draw 2023, the Sweep Game Rules shall be read in conjunction with these Terms and shall be deemed to include these Terms. All capitalised terms not defined in these Terms have the same meaning as in the Sweep Game Rules. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any of the provisions of the Sweep Game Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
