Placing TOTO bets using eBetslip app

Place Self Pick bets for Ordinary, System Entry and System Roll for the current draw (Monday or Thursday). You can also place Quick Pick bets by bet type or bet amount and iTOTO.

The minimum stake is $1.

TOTO Self Pick

  1. At the homepage, select TOTO from the product selection.

  2. Select your Bet Type from the dropdown list.

    You can choose between Ordinary, System 7 to 12 and System Roll.

    You can only enter boards of the same bet type on one page.

  3. Select the draw days you are placing your bets for.

    You can choose to place bets for a single draw, two or four consecutive draws (including the current draw).

  4. Enter the numbers you wish to place bets on.

    You can choose to use the random number generator icon on the left of each board to generate random numbers.

    For Ordinary, enter six digits.

    For System 7 to 12, enter seven to twelve digits accordingly.

    For System Roll, enter five digits. Your last digit will be an 'R'.

  5. Repeat steps to add boards of the same bet type.

    You can add a maximum of 10 boards each time.

    You can edit the selection entered into the boards by selecting and re-entering the numbers.

    You can also select the delete icon on the right of each board to remove the selected board or CLEAR ALL at the top right corner of the selections box to remove all selections.

  6. Select Add To Bet Slip to line up bets in your bet slip.

    Bets have not been placed at this point.

  7. Select BET SLIP to view your bets.

    Selected E-Ticket enabled outlets

    1. Select Physical Ticket

    3. A QR code will appear. Scan the QR code at a sales counter to place your bet.

      Note: If the bottom of the QR code says 1 of 2, that means you have 2 QR codes. You need to scan both QR codes in order to place all the bets that you have formulated.

    4. You will receive a ticket after placing your bet at the outlet.

    5. Check that the ticket reflects your bet accurately. Please safeguard your ticket. We only accept valid tickets as proof of winning.

    1. At selected E-Ticket enabled outlets, you will see the "CONNECTED" icon at the top of the app.

    2. Select E-Ticket

    4. Please check your bets before you CONFIRM the bet placement. There is strictly no cancellation for E-Tickets.

    5. After confirmation, funds will be deducted from your DBS PayLah! Wallet.

    6. You will receive an E-Ticket after placing your bet. Please go to User > E-Ticket to view your E-Tickets.

      Prerequisites for placing an E-Ticket bet:

      1. You must have the DBS PayLah! app installed in your mobile phone.

      2. You must have created a profile in the eBetslip app.

      3. You must have set up DBS PayLah! Express Checkout via the eBetslip app.

TOTO Quick Pick

  1. At the homepage, select TOTO from the product selection and toggle to Quick Pick.

  2. Select either Quick Pick by Bet Type, which allows you to enter the number of Quick Pick boards you wish to place bets on for each bet type, or

    Quick Pick by Bet Amount, which allows you to enter your desired bet amount and select a bet type. The system will generate the maximum number of bets for your desired bet type and the balance value will be bets in the next possible lower bet type.

  3. Select the draw days you are placing your bets for.

    You can choose to place bets for a single draw, two or four consecutive draws (including the current draw).

  4. You can select CLEAR ALL at the top right corner of the selections box to remove all selections.

  5. Select Add To Bet Slip to line up bets in your bet slip.

    4. You will receive a ticket stating the number of units bought. Each ticket can reflect up to four units.

      If all units of an iTOTO Quick Pick System Entry are sold out, a new iTOTO Quick Pick System Entry will be generated, and this repeats until sales close.

    5. Check that the ticket reflects your bet accurately. Please safeguard your ticket. We only accept valid tickets as proof of winning.
