
Singapore Pools received two accolades at the Workwell Leaders (WWL) Awards & Gala on 24 April 2025: the CEO’s Wellbeing Partner Award and recognition as one of the Top 25 Impact Employers in Singapore. Additionally, we were honoured as a runner-up for the Corporate Culture Award.
Organised by Singapore-based non-profit WorkWell Leaders, these awards celebrate organisations that prioritise well-being initiatives demonsrating tangible business outcomes. They highlight the commitment of leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture and destigmatising mental health issues.

Senior Director of People & Culture, Ms Debbie Ng was awarded the CEO’s Wellbeing Partner Award, which recognises a member of an organisation’s senior management who has shown commitment to developing and implementing mental health and wellbeing initiatives for employees within their organisation.
This award recognises Debbie’s steadfast commitment to integrating wellbeing into the fabric of our organisation. Through inclusive leadership, thoughtfully designed initiatives, and a strong belief in the value of care, she has been instrumental in cultivating a workplace culture that prioritises empathy, support, and personal growth.
