| Eligibility |

Participating Vendors must fulfil all the following criteria: (i) Possess a license as a general waste collector from National Environment Agency (NEA); and (ii) Possess a valid bizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) by Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC); and (iii) Registered under Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Workhead: FM02 - Housekeeping, cleansing, desilting and conservancy services with tendering limit of L1 (S$0.80 million) or above. Note : SPPL reserves the right to exclude Vendors who do not meet the eligibility requirement. |

| Site Briefing |
: |
1. The Vendor, who wishes to participate in this RFQ, shall attend the site briefing to qualify for participation in the submission of proposal. SPPL reserves the right to reject the proposal from Vendor who did not attend the site briefing. 2. The site briefing will be held on 29 July 2025, Tuesday at 10.30am at The Majestic Betting Centre, 80 Eu Tong Seng Street, Singapore 059810. Important Note:
(i) Attendance will be taken onsite at the location(s).
(ii) Vendors are required to cater own transport to the location(s).
