Participating Vendors must fulfil all the following criteria: (i) Have a valid Cleaning Business Licence issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA); and (ii) Have a valid BizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) certified by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. Note : SPPL reserves the right to exclude Vendors who do not meet the eligibility requirement. |

The site briefing will be held on 25 February 2026, Wednesday at 10.00 am as follows: Meet at People’s Park Centre Branch #01-12 People’s Park Centre Singapore 058357 Important:
(i) Attendance will be taken onsite at the location(s).
(ii) Vendors are required to cater own transport to the location(s).
(iii) SPPL reserves the right to reject the proposal from Vendor who did not attend the site briefing.
