Description :
Tender for the Provision of Security Services at Singapore Pools Building and Livewire Venues
Eligibility :
Participating Tenderers must fulfil all the following criteria:
 
(i) Have a valid Security Agency Licence issued by the Police Regulatory Department (PRD); and
 
(ii) Government Supplier Registration (GSR) supply head EPU/SER/43 (Security Services) with financial grade S8 ($10 million) & above; and
 
(iii) A valid membership of Security Association Singapore (SAS)
 
Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement.
Collection of Document :
1. The Tender Document will be released by electronic mail to Tenderers upon request.
 
2. Interested Tenderer to provide the following information to the officers (see Contact Info below):
 
a) Company Name
b) Company Address
c) Contact Person and Designation
d) Contact number (Office and Mobile)
e) Email Address
Site Briefing :
1) The Tenderer, who wishes to participate in this Tender, shall attend the site briefing to qualify for participation in the submission of proposal.
 
2) The site briefing will be held at on 17 July 2025, Thursday as follows:

Important Note:
(i) Attendance will be taken onsite at the location.
(ii) Tenderers are required to cater for own transport to the location.
 
SPPL reserves the right to reject the Proposal from Tenderer(s) who did not attend the site briefing.
