| Eligibility |

Participating Tenderers must fulfil all the following criteria: (i) Registered under Building & Construction Authority (BCA) in ME01 (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works) with a tendering limit of L2 ($1.6 million) & above or equivalent; and (ii) Have a valid BizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) certified by Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC).
Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement. |
