Description :
Provision of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services for Singapore Pools Building and Serangoon Central Village for 2 Years from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 with Option to Extend Another 2 Years
Eligibility :
Participating Tenderers or their partnering companies must fulfil all the following criteria:
 
1. Registered under Building & Construction Authority (BCA) in FM01 (Facilities Management) with a tendering limit of M3 ($10 million) or above, and
 
2. Have a valid BizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) certified by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.
 
Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement.
Collection of Document :
1. The Tender Document will be released by electronic mail to Tenderers upon request.
 
2. Interested Tenderer to provide the following information to the officers (see Contact Info below):
 
a) Company Name
b) Company Address
c) Contact Person and Designation
d) Contact number (Office and Mobile)
e) Email Address
Site Briefing :
1. The Tenderer, who wishes to participate in this Tender, shall attend all the site briefings to qualify for participation in the submission of proposal.
 
2. The site briefings will be held on 24 October 2025, Friday as follows:
 
a) 9.00am at Singapore Pools (Private) Limited
     210 Middle Road
     #01-01 Singapore Pools Building
     Singapore 188994 
 
Followed by
 
b) 11.30am at Serangoon Central Village
     267 Serangoon Ave #01-01
     Singapore 550267
 
Important Notes:
(i)  Attendance will be taken onsite at the location(s).
(ii)  Tenderers are required to cater own transport to the location(s).
 
SPPL reserves the right to reject the proposal from Tenderer who did not attend any of the site briefings.
