Participating Tenderers must fulfil either of the following criteria: (i) Have a valid Government Supplier Registration (GSR) supply head EPU/AVP/10 or EPU/CMP/10 with financial grade S5 ($3 million) & above or equivalent; or (ii) Have a valid BizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) certified by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement.
