Description :
Tender for Upgrading of Chilled Water System at Singapore Pools Building
Eligibility :
Participating Tenderers must fulfil the following criteria:
 
(i) Registered under Building & Construction Authority (BCA) in ME01 (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works) with a tendering limit of L1 ($0.80 million) or above; and
 
(ii) Have a valid BizSAFE Level 3 (minimum) certified by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.
 
Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement.
Collection of Document :
1. The Tender Document will be released by electronic mail to Tenderers upon request.
 
2. Interested Tenderer to provide the following information to the officers (see Contact Info below):
 
a) Company Name
b) Company Address
c) Contact Person and Designation
d) Contact number (Office and Mobile)
e) Email Address
Site Briefing :
The Tenderer, who wishes to participate in this Tender, shall attend all the site briefing to qualify for participation in the submission of proposal.
 
The site briefing will be held on 30 December 2025, Tuesday at 10:00am as follows:

Important Notes:
(i)  Attendance will be taken onsite at the location(s).
(ii)  Tenderers are required to cater own transport to the location(s).
 
SPPL reserves the right to reject the proposal from Tenderer who did not attend the tender briefing.
