  1. Tournament Information

    1. The FWAH 2025 Corporate Tournament shall be held at National Stadium Singapore on Saturday, 16 August 2025.

    2. Team registration shall commence from 7.45am on event day at Gate 3 of National Stadium Singapore. Teams are advised to be on time so that the Opening Ceremony and Corporate Tournament can commence on time at 8.30am and 9.00am respectively.

    3. Corporate Teams shall vie for the following:

      1. Football with A Heart 2025 Corporate Tournament Cup

      2. Football with a Heart 2025 Corporate Tournament Plate

  2. Team Composition

    1. Each team may register a minimum of five (5) players up to a maximum of fifteen (15) players.

    2. A team that fields Female player(s) for the entire duration of a match shall receive a one (1) goal advantage, regardless of the number of female players fielded for the match.

  3. Pitch & Goal Dimensions

    1. The National Stadium shall be divided into eight (8) pitches (Pitch 1 to Pitch 8).

    2. The length and width of the playing pitch shall be 20m by 30m.

    3. The pitch shall be divided into three (3) parts with 2x 5m penalty zones.

    4. The dimension of the goal posts are 1.2m high and 1.8m wide.

  4. Attire

    1. All participating teams are to be suited with sports attire:

      1. Jersey

      2. Shorts

      3. Socks

      4. Shin guards (highly recommended)

      5. Footwear (football boots or turf shoes are recommended)

    2. Any apparel/item deemed unsafe by the referees, shall be prohibited from being used and/or worn.

    3. Jewelry shall not be permitted.

    4. In any event that competing teams are wearing the same team colours, coloured bibs shall be provided.

    5. Each team captain shall be given a captain's armband to be worn during the tournament.

  5. Competition Format

    Group Stages

    1. All group stages shall be of six (6) minutes duration without intervals.

    2. At the conclusion of the Group Stages, the top teams from each group shall advance to the Quarter Finals for the Corporate Tournament Cup. The second-placed teams from each group shall advance to the Quarter Finals for the Corporate Tournament Plate.

    3. For all matches in the Group Stages, three (3) points shall be awarded for a win, one (1) for a draw and zero (0) for a loss.

    4. In the event of a tie in total points accumulated by teams at the conclusion of the Group Stages, the tiebreaker shall be determined by the following mechanism in order:

      1. Higher Goal Difference

      2. Higher number of goals scored

      3. Higher number of wins

      4. Head-to-Head points

      5. Head-to-Head Goal Difference

      6. Head-to-Head Higher number of goals scored

      7. Sudden-death penalty backheels


    Quarter Finals / Semi-Finals / Final

    1. Quarter Finals & Semi Finals shall be of eight (8) minutes duration without intervals

    2. The Finals shall be played over ten (10) minutes with no interval.

    3. The match outcome is determined by the team that scores the highest number of goals.

    4. In the event of a tie in a match, the winning team shall be determined by three (3) penalty backheels followed by sudden death penalty backheels.

  6. Substitutions

    1. Unlimited rolling substitutions shall be allowed during any stoppages of the match, upon the approval of the referee.

  7. Match Officials

    1. Each match shall be officiated by one (1) referee.

  8. Free Kicks & Penalties

    1. All free kicks awarded shall be indirect.

    2. All offences committed by a player in their own Penalty Zone shall result in a penalty backheel for the opposing team.

    3. All penalty backheels shall be taken 10m away from and towards an unguarded goal. If a penalty backheel is missed by a player, play shall restart with a goal kick by the defending team.

  9. Kick-Ins

    1. If the ball goes out of play over the touchline, a kick-in shall be awarded to the opposing team of the player who last touched the ball.

    2. If the ball goes over the line and a goal has not been scored, a goal kick shall be awarded if the last touch was by an attacking player, or a corner kick if the last touch was by a defending player.

  10. Walkover

    1. A team that fails to field a minimum of three (3) players 3 minutes after the scheduled kick-off time will be deemed to have given a walkover. Three (3) points shall be awarded to the opposing non-infringing team, and the score of the Match concerned to a three (3) - nil (0) shall be awarded to the said non-infringing team.

  11. Withdrawal

    1. If a team withdraws before the start of the competition, all of the said team's fixtures shall be deemed null and void.

    2. If a team withdraws during the competition, all their remaining fixtures shall be deemed walkovers with three (3) goals and three (3) points awarded to their opponents.

  12. Appeals & Disciplinary Committee

    1. A panel comprising of representatives from the co-organisers shall form the Appeals & Disciplinary Committee to deal with any disputes and/or disciplinary matters:

      1. Mr Chris Wong - Tournament Director

      2. Mr Yusri Umar, Football Association of Singapore

      3. Mr Silas Karim, SportCares

  13. Health & Safety

    1. A first aid team shall be on standby. Nevertheless, football players are reminded to be mindful of their prevailing state of health and hydrate sufficiently thoroughly throughout the day.

    2. Players are advised not to leave valuable items unattended and are encouraged to help keep an eye on the team's belongings.

  14. Closing Provisions

    1. Should the tournament be cancelled, there shall be no rescheduling and no refunding of any participation fees.

    2. The organisers reserve the right to amend any information without prior notice.

    1. FWAH 2025 - Charity and Celebrity matches shall be held at National Stadium Singapore on Saturday, 16 August 2025.

    2. Charity matches will be played via round-robin format at 12.20pm to 12.50pm between four teams:

      1. Parliamentarians Team A

      2. Parliamentarians Team B

      3. FAS Singa Legends

      4. Singapore Pools Select

    3. A celebrity match will be played on Pitch 2 via a single knock-out format at 6.00pm to 6.20pm between two teams:

      1. Singapore National Paralympics Council + Singapore Pools

      2. MediaCorp All-Stars

  2. Team Composition

    3. For all Charity Matches, three (3) points shall be awarded for a win, one (1) for a draw and zero (0) for a loss. The team at the top of the table with the highest total number of points accumulated will be the eventual winner of the charity matches.

    4. In the event of a tie in total points accumulated by teams at the conclusion of the round-robin, the tiebreaker shall be determined by the following mechanism in order:

      1. Higher Goal Difference

      2. Higher number of goals scored

      3. Higher number of wins

      4. Head-to-Head points

      5. Head-to-Head Goal Difference

      6. Head-to-Head Higher number of goals scored

    Celebrity Match

    1. The Celebrity Match shall be played over a single knockout match.

    2. The match shall comprise two (2) periods of eight (8) minutes, with a half-time interval of two (2) minutes.

    3. The match outcome is determined by the team that scores the highest number of goals.

    4. In the event of a tie in the match, the winning team shall be determined by three (3) penalty backheels followed by sudden death penalty backheels.

  6. Substitutions
