Postponement of lottery draws

Draws which did not take place after 5 Apr 2020 have been postponed instead of cancelled.

Changes to TOTO cascade draw

Instead of the TOTO Jackpot snowballing up to the fourth draw, a cascade draw will take place if there is a third consecutive draw without a Group 1 Prize winner. The prize money will be cascaded to the next prize group with winner(s) and shared equally. This is to prevent over-crowding at our outlets, effective until further notice. More information here.

Prize claim

In light of the suspension of Prize Payment services during the 'Circuit Breaker', the validity periods for eligible prize-winning tickets for all lottery draws, sports and horse racing events held between 10 Oct 2019 and 5 Apr 2020 shall be extended by an additional 90 days from the ticket's original expiry dates.

Safe Management Measures at outlets

Singapore Pools will ensure safe distancing at all outlets, according to government guidelines and advisories.

Livewire will now offer live betting services at a maximum capacity of 50 pax.

There will be no public viewing of lottery draws.

Q: Will there be any safe distancing measures or crowd limiting measures at the outlets?

A: Yes, in the best interest of public safety and to manage queues, Singapore Pools will deploy additional resources to enhance social distancing measures at all outlets, in line with MOH advisories.

Q: What other measures will Singapore Pools implement to minimise contact at the outlets?

A: We will disable the use of kiosks (MyKiosk) and encourage customers to bring their own pencils for marking bet slips to minimise sharing of common items. Where applicable, customers can also use the eBetslip app to mark bet slips digitally on their own mobile devices.

A: Online identity verification has resumed. Identity verification at outlets will resume from 22 Jun 2020.

Q: I've received your SMS on the horse racing live streaming subscription waiver. When and how will I get the refund for horse racing live streaming subscription?

A: Live streaming subscription fees (U.P. $15/mth excl. GST) paid from 1 Apr - 30 Jun 2020 will be credited back to your account by 21 Jul 2020.

Q: What happens to my TOTO subscription?

A: As TOTO draws are postponed, TOTO subscription will be in effect only when the draws resume.
