​​Totalisator Scheme

The Totalisator Scheme ("the Scheme") shall be operated and administered by Singapore Pools on behalf of the Singapore Totalisator Board ("the Board").

The object of this Scheme is to provide for the establishment and operation of totalisators in respect of a race meeting by Singapore Pools, as the appointed agent of the Board.

The Scheme consists of the Rules and Regulations governing the conduct of totalisator betting.

There are five parts to the Scheme:
