We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Finance team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, the incumbent will manage statutory reporting, ensuring effective and efficient finance operations and accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

What You'll Do
- You will maintain and manage the full set of accounts, with a primary focus on AR, GL, and Bank.
- You will perform month-end closing and prepare and maintain all relevant audit schedules, prepare and handle accruals, intercompany
reconciliation and amortisation schedules. - You will monitor and manage recoverable accounts, ensuring prompt invoicing/recharging, ensure all claim reports are reconciled monthly, perform analysis of bank charges, prepare and submit quarterly GST accurately and on time.
- You will assist in audit and tax matters by providing documentation and answering queries, prepare grant report and handle all grant-related financial administration.
- You will perform and maintain monthly bank reconciliations for all designated accounts, prepare and process journal entries and
reclassifications for bank charges, ad-hoc needs, foreign exchange revaluation, and year-end adjustments. - You will monitor and ensure prompt clearing of open items in the SAP, manage the system interface process by reviewing figures posted into SAP against source system reports, performing necessary reconciliations, and investigating discrepancies promptly.
- You will actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and project roll-outs impacting the Finance function, continuously review, document, and analyse existing financial processes, workflows, and policies to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing necessary changes, undertake ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as
assigned by management.
Who You Are
- You will need a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- You will need at least 3 years of accounting/finance working experience.
- You should have strong working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA accounting system.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable in working with multiple business systems.
- You should have good analytical ability, a positive attitude and is a strong team player.
- You will need strong interpersonal skills to maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders
