We are looking for a passionate and professional Trainer to join our Retail Frontline Training team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Assistant Manager, the Trainer will work on team projects and individual projects. The right candidate will have day-to-day responsibility of providing and facilitating training of front-line staff from branches, Livewires, OCBs/KRC and retail outlets.

What You'll Do

  • You will maintain expert-level knowledge in product / sales system.
  • You will facilitate and conduct functional training sessions, along with Area Managers.
  • You will assist section head to review and develop training programs to address skill gaps of front-line workforce.
  • You will conceptualize and plan training materials for TIM operator training and other training programs, based on data and research.
  • You will oversee and direct training sessions or workshops for frontline staff.
  • You will research and implement technology enabled innovations.
  • You will work with various stakeholders in order to plan and schedule training effectively with minimum interruption to normal work as part of onboarding.
  • You will develop survey questions, plan implementation and conduct surveys.
  • You will build, collate and maintain a database of all training materials.
  • You will develop monitoring systems for evaluation of trainees' skills and performances.
  • You will track and monitor training records.
  • You will provide support to project affecting Training Unit e.g. conduct UAT on RIS (Phase 2) e.g. build training dashboard, UAT on betting systems.

Who You Are

  • You should have a degree and above in any discipline.
  • You should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training and/or HR.
  • You Computer skills e.g: Microsoft Office, Database and instructional software.
  • You will need to have experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You should be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • You should have excellent observance and analytical skills.
