| Eligibility |
: |
Participating Tenderers must fulfil all the following criteria: (i) The appointed vendor needs to have World Lottery Association (WLA) certification and comply to all clauses in the latest WLA Security Control Standard 2024 (WLA-SCS:2024) requirement;
(ii) No profit sharing arrangement with SPPL in relation to the Project;
(iii) Government Supplier Registration (GSR) supply head EPU/CMP/10 with financial grade S10>($30,000,000) or equivalent;
(iv) Locally incorporated entity in Singapore if awarded to ensure proper and timely discharge of all relevant services and works, including maintenance and support services, in connection with the Sports Betting System throughout the term of the Project. Note: SPPL reserves the right to exclude Tenderer who do not meet the eligibility requirement. |

The Tenderer, who wishes to participate in this Tender and upon submission of signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), shall attend the tender briefing either physically or remotely to qualify for participation in the submission of proposal. The tender briefing will be held on:
Date & Time: 24th July 2025, 2pm – 4pm
Location: 210 Middle Road, #01-01 Singapore Pools Building, Singapore 188994
Important Note:
(i) Attendance will be taken onsite at the location(s).
(ii) Tenderers are required to cater own transport to the location(s).
(iii) The Microsoft Teams link will be sent to the Tenderers upon request to receive the Tender Document and submission of NDA via email.
