We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Infrastructure Services team.
Reporting to the Service Lead, Infrastructure Services, the incumbent design and implement information server and storage solutions based on business requirements, conduct regular maintenance activities, upgrade software, apply patches and ensure physical security of data. The incumbent also evaluate input and output for systems, recommend improvements and design disaster recovery plans, enforce backup and archival procedures.

What You'll Do
- You will plan, deploy, maintain and manage data storage and maintenance solutions in 24X7X365 environment.
- You will upgrade software, apply patches, and ensure physical security of data.
- You will evaluate input and output for systems, as well as overall architecture, to recommend improvements.
- You will design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures.
- You will follow strict privacy regulations and ensure data storage is accessible to authorized personnel only.
- You will document all aspects of storage infrastructure and maintain knowledgebase and SOPs from which to address various issues/projects and requests.
- You will plan maintenance tasks and backup activities to protect data integrity from corrupted information and data theft.
- You will integrate storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities.
- You will attend IT audits, provide explanations and propose corrective or preventive actions to auditors.
- You will manage BAU projects from requirement gathering, procurement to implementation.
- You will participate in annual budgeting and cost planning.
Who You Are
- You have a Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Science / related IT Discipline.
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in Engineering or storage capacity management.
- You are detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in facilitating, operations and maintenance (O&M) of data storage systems.
- You are a strong team player with the ability to work effectively across teams within and outside Business Technology division including multiple third-party vendors.
- You have experience in performing technical support at an enterprise level and across organization levels.
- You demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures and accurately track and record issues and resolutions.
- You have strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
