This provides a platform for partners, suppliers and the members of public to report on observed improprieties that involve Singapore Pools staff and/or its partner(s)/supplier(s). We treat all feedback/complaints seriously and will investigate and take necessary actions when there is a need to do so.

How and What to Report

Please provide the following information:

  • Name(s) of person(s) involved
  • Date, time and location of incident
  • Frequency of occurrence of the incident
  • Value of any money or assets involved
  • Physical evidence
  • Any other information that may substantiate the feedback/complaint

Types of Impropriety

The types of impropriety include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Concerns about Singapore Pools’ accounting, internal controls or auditing matters
  • Breach or failure to implement or comply with Singapore Pools’ policies or Code of Conduct
  • Impropriety, corruption, malpractice, acts of fraud, theft and/or misuse of Singapore Pools’ properties, assets or resources
  • Conduct which is an offence or breach of law
  • Abuse of power or authority
  • Serious conflict of interest without disclosure
  • Any other serious improper matters which may cause financial or non-financial loss to Singapore Pools or damage to Singapore Pools’ reputation
