    The Singapore Pools Account can only be used to place bets online.

  • Can I use Singapore Pools eBetslip app at outlets?

    Rolled out in phases, eBetslip allows you to mark your bets on your mobile phone instead of paper bet slips.

    At selected outlets, contactless transactions are possible when you use eBetslip for purchase and prize claim digitally.

  • Is there any transaction fee for lottery bets if I were to place a bet at outlet?

    There is no transaction fee for bet placement with cash.

    However, if you chose to make payment by NETS or PayNow, a $0.20 or $0.10 fee applies. This fee goes to third-party service providers and administrators of the service.

    If you wish to avoid a fee, pay for your bets with cash.

    We are unable to track bets placed at outlets. To track your bets, sign up for a Singapore Pools Account and bet online.

  • Can I place Horse Racing bets at any Singapore Pools outlets?

    You can place Horse Racing bets at selected Singapore Pools outlets.

  • What payment methods are accepted at outlets?

    Cash, ATM card, Debit card with NETS function and PayNow are accepted as payment methods for bets placed at outlets.

  • What is PayNow QR payment? How does it work?

    PayNow QR is a convenient cashless payment method that allows you to make payments by scanning a QR code using your mobile banking app.

  • Are there any charges to use PayNow QR?

    There will be $0.10 transaction fee applies to each transaction.

  • Which outlets accept payment using PayNow QR?

    Currently, the following 10 outlets accept bet payment using PayNow QR. It will be progressively roll out to branches and retailers.

  • What is the maximum limit per transaction for bet payment using PayNow QR?

    The daily payment limit of PayNow QR is currently up to $200,000, inclusive of transaction fee of $0.10. The limit is also subject to your daily local transfer limit.

  • How do I use PayNow to make payment?

    You can scan the QR on the display screen with your mobile banking app to make payment.

  • Can I use major payment institutions (Example: GrabPay, liquidpay, Singtel Dash or Xfers etc) to make payment?

    We accept PayNow from all participating banks.

  • Which are the PayNow participating banks in Singapore?

    Please refer to The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) website for the latest list of participating banks of PayNow.

  • How to adjust my PayNow transfer limit?

    Please contact your bank for more details on adjusting your PayNow limit.

  • Funds deducted from my account, but I was informed by staff that the status of payment was reflected as unsuccessful. How long do I need to wait for the refund to my bank account?

    Singapore Pools will investigate the case and get back to you within three to five working days.

  • Why are my purchases of Sports and Lottery bets purchase using PayNow being rejected? Will these incur any transaction fee on the rejected transactions?

    PayNow transactions may be rejected for reasons such as insufficient funds, exceeding transaction limits, or technical issues.
