Self Exclusion

  • How do I voluntarily exclude myself from betting through my account?

    You may apply for self-exclusion by opting for the [Self-Exclusion from Online Betting/Jackpot Machine Rooms] through National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).

    Application is free and may be done via online with SingPass at NCPG online portal or in person by going to 510 Thomson Road #05-01 SLF Building, Singapore 298135.

Family Exclusion

  • Can I bar my Family Member from Online Betting?

    If you have a family member who may have a gambling problem, you can encourage them to apply for Self-Exclusion.

    You may also consider applying for a Family Exclusion Order or contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1800-6-668-668 for assistance.

Exclusion by Law

  • Who does the Exclusion by Law apply to?

    Applicant or Singapore Pools Account Holder affected by Exclusion by law will not be permitted to open and maintain a Singapore Pools online betting account.

    Under these circumstances, individuals will not be able to open or hold an online betting account with Singapore Pools:

    • Tenants and occupiers on the HDB Public Rental Scheme

    • Recipients of ComCare Short-to-Medium-Term and Long-Term assistance

    • Recipients of Legal Aid schemes by the Legal Aid Bureau

    • Undischarged bankrupt

  • How long will my Exclusion by Law be active?

  • I'm not able to login to my account after exclusion, how can I withdraw my account balance? Will my balance be forfeited?

    Please contact Singapore Pools Customer Service at 6786 6688 to withdraw your account balance by cheque. Unclaimed balance will be forfeited 5 years after account closure.

  • I do not agree with my Exclusion by Law status. Can I make an appeal?

    Please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 6354 8154.

  • I am not longer on Exclusion by Law, how do I reactivate my account?

    Please login to National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) portal using SingPass or contact NCPG at 6354 8154 to confirm that you are no longer under any exclusion order under NCPG before contacting Singapore Pools Customer Service at 6786 6688 for assistance.
