Can I use my Singapore Pools Account at outlets?
The Singapore Pools Account can only be used to place bets online and by phone.
However, you may access the Singapore Pools app to generate QR code and make a bet at the betting counter.

I want to place a bet at a Singapore Pools outlet using the app. How do I generate the QR code I need?
To generate a QR code, use the app in guest mode (without logging in). After adding your selections to the bet slip, swipe to place your bet. When the placement method options appear, select "In-Store." A QR code will be generated, which you can scan at any outlet to complete your bet.
This feature is available for sports and lottery bets currently. Please note that multiple QR codes may be generated for larger formulations.

There is no transaction fee for bet placement.

We are unable to track bets placed at outlets. To track your bets, sign up for a Singapore Pools Account and bet online.

Can I place Horse Racing bets at any Singapore Pools outlets?
You can place Horse Racing bets at selected Singapore Pools outlets.

Cash, ATM card, Debit card with NETS function and PayNow are accepted as payment methods for bets placed at outlets.

PayNow QR is a convenient cashless payment method that allows you to make payments by scanning a QR code using your mobile banking app.

Are there any charges to use PayNow QR?
There is no extra charge for the use of PayNow QR.

All outlets of Singapore Pools accept bet payment using PayNow QR.

What is the maximum limit per transaction for bet payment using PayNow QR?
The daily payment limit of PayNow QR is currently up to $200,000. The limit is also subject to your daily local transfer limit.

How do I use PayNow to make payment?
You can scan the QR on the display screen with your mobile banking app to make payment.

Can I use major payment institutions (Example: GrabPay, liquidpay, Singtel Dash or Xfers etc) to make payment?
No. We only accept PayNow from all participating banks.

Why are my purchases of Sports and Lottery bets purchase using PayNow being rejected? Will these incur any transaction fee on the rejected transactions?
PayNow transactions may be rejected for reasons such as insufficient funds, exceeding transaction limits, or technical issues.
