Starting his day, Ah Leng and his team receive feedback from the hotline and head out to support outlets across their assigned zones. Each visit is an opportunity to diagnose issues, execute precise repairs, and provide onsite support to ensure everything runs without disruption. 
 
 
“A typical day involves travelling to outlets, troubleshooting, and getting systems back up as quickly as possible,” shares Ah Leng. “I enjoy solving problems on the spot — it’s satisfying to know that operations can resume smoothly once the issue is fixed.” 
 
 
In addition to daily maintenance and repairs, Ah Leng is currently supporting multimedia technology refresh projects and outlet tech rollouts designed to further enhance operations.
