Singapore Pools takes a holistic approach toward employee wellbeing which encompasses financial, social, physical, and mental wellbeing. We are honored to receive two awards – Employee Experience & Well-being (Gold) Award and Talent Management (Bronze) Award at the 16th Singapore HR Awards on 25 October. The award recognises leading organisations that have demonstrated best practices in human resource and people management.

Cognisant of the impact of the pandemic on mental health, Singapore Pools launched its first dedicated workplace mental wellness programme on 27 September 2022. Through the programme, employees had access to mental health resources for Self-Care, Group Care and Private Care. Activities and workshops such as canvas drawing were organised to encourage employees to take a step back, acknowledge their feelings and thoughts, and take a break from work during lunchtime.

Fitness classes like Stretch band workout, Yoga, Salsa dancing and many more were conducted to promote healthy living and provide opportunities for employees to bond and unwind after work.
