It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to participate in any form of gambling at our outlets, including prize claims. ID verification may be required. To enter our Livewire venues, customers must be 21 and above.

No Betting on Credit

Payment via credit cards or credit facilities for bet placements are not accepted across both our retail and online channels.

Higher Age Requirements

To open a Singapore Pools Account, customers must be aged 21 and above. Various verification checks, including ID and exclusion checks, are also put in place for the account application process.

Limit Management

To help you better manage your funds for account betting, a Monthly Deposit and a Monthly Betting Limit must be set. Use the Affordability Calculator for guidance in setting appropriate limits.

Self-adjust your Limits

You can adjust your Monthly Deposit and Betting Limits by, Logging into your Singapore Pools Account; OR Contacting Customer Service Line at (65) 6786 6688 for assistance

You can also adjust to a higher betting limit temporarily through your account. The higher betting limit will be reverted to the previous limit automatically, after the chosen validity period.

Any increment will take effect only after 24 hours, and any reduction is effected immediately.

  • Be debt-free and pay off any outstanding loans, especially the ones that incur higher interest charges, first

  • Draw up a budget for expenses, avoid drastic lifestyle changes, and think twice before spending excessively

  • Identify and fulfil financial goals such as plans for post-retirement income or children's educational expenses

  • Invest wisely by understanding the features, costs, limitations and potential risks involved for different types of savings plans and investment instruments
