We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Officer to join our Retail Network Excellence team.
Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will design and maintain dashboards and reports, interpret and analyse business data, and collaborate with business and data science teams.

What You'll Do
- You will maintain dashboards and recurring reports to provide clear, accurate and timely views of key channel metrics.
- You will design intuitive dashboards aligned with business needs, enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data effectively.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for performance-related data queries, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information, and partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and investigate them using structured analytical approaches.
- You will continuously refine data processes, reporting standards and analytical frameworks to enhance quality and usability and monitor channel performance with a curious and investigative mindset to identify areas for improvement.
- You will conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities that enhance business intelligence and support decision-making.
- You will prepare clear, data-backed presentations to communicate findings and enable data-informed decisions, engage in robust discussions to challenge assumptions and explore alternative perspectives, and approach problems with initiative, exploring in depth to uncover relevant and actionable insights.
- You will support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven perspectives and producing data visualisations.
- You will collaborate with data science teams through well-defined briefs to facilitate data extraction and advanced modelling requests, interpret and contextualise data analytics outputs, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations
Who You Are
Education & Experience
Skills
You will need hands-on experience with at least one business intelligence or dashboard tool (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView is strongly preferred, and a willingness to develop proficiency is required.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables and data modelling.
You should be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide design and data visualisation.
Knowledge
- You should be familiar with data cleaning, transformation and structuring across multiple sources.
- You should have exposure to business concepts, financial and operational metrics, statistical concepts and data analysis approaches.
- You should have exposure to SQL or equivalent data querying tools, and automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, Power Automate).
Abilities
- You should have the discipline to maintain timeliness, accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles and data processes.
- You should have data intelligence to design accurate, reliable and user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- You should have logical and analytical thinking to interpret and structure complex business questions and generate meaningful insights.
- You should have good communication skills to engage stakeholders, collaborate effectively, and present analysis and findings clearly.
- You should have the commercial acumen to connect business strategy with operational realities and provide context-driven recommendations.
- You should have the curiosity and proactivity to explore beyond defined tasks, uncover insights and identify opportunities that add business value.
